Doctor in Psychology, I am an associate researcher member in the GRePS laboratory of the Institute of Psychology of the University of Lyon 2. I mainly contribute to intervention-research projects (applied research) with companies and institutions, private and public. I also carry out continuing education and awareness-raising missions (health, work organizations, crisis management) for professionals and / or students.

During my career, I was able to invest myself and continue my investment in issues including collective and social dynamics and their impacts in terms of health and quality of work.
