My career has allowed me to specialize in certain issues:

Affective and emotional disorders: anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety attacks, relationship difficulties.
Traumatology: following accidents, difficult events, offenses (criminalized or not)
Difficulties and suffering at work (and in connection with the professional career): exhaustion ( burn-out, brown-out, bore-out ), conflicts, organizational violence.
Diagnostic wandering / medical wandering (support, coordination and advice during the course)
Support for caregivers of sick people and health professionals
Psychologist, Doctor in Psychology and professional registered with the ARS (health professions regulated by the Code of Public Health and the Code of Social Action and Families), I apply in particular the principle of "primum non nocere" (above all, do no harm). All of my practices remain in line with the Code of Ethics and Deontology of Psychologists which can be consulted and available here .
THE APPROACH TO YOUR PSYCHIC HEALTH
DISCIPLINARY BASES
My clinical approach integrates analyzes and methods from psychopathology, contemporary psychoanalysis (21st century), cognitive psychology and the contributions of neurosciences (links between biology and psychology), in the exploitation of their compatible dimensions.

The tools used are verbal psychotherapy or even psycho-body regulation techniques and exercises adapted to certain problems. I am also an EMDR practitioner (for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ) : a neuro-psycho-biological process promoting neuro-emotional integration, sometimes adapted to certain problems. It is also possible to use tests and diagnostic tools that can be used in specific situations, only when necessary.

REIMBURSEMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND MUTUAL CARE

In France, psychological care and consultations with psychologists are not covered by the Health Insurance and therefore not reimbursed. However, some health mutuals cover these consultations: check with your mutual insurance company to find out its conditions of coverage.

Depending on your socio-professional situation, price adjustments are possible.

CARE MUST REMAIN ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE. The Medico-Psychological Centers (CMP) as well as certain associations (check with your town hall) can offer you free psychological consultations.
